At MIT, we aim to provide the perfect balance between superior environment and autonomy.  We have optional, weekly group meetings where we conceptualize cases and support each other.  We have incredible administrative staff who are in charge of billing and credentialing so clinicians can focus on their work.  We use Simple Practice for documenting, teleheath sessions and billing which makes everything straightforward and transparent.  We believe in continuing education and do our best to provide opportunities when able.
